We designed and sized our creative content with smartphones in mind given Latinos’ high use of mobile devices. To make the content visually appealing and stand out from traditional red-white-and-blue political advertisements, Solidarity Strategies integrated the branding for Juntos por Doña Ana in videos and static images that reflect local non-profit organizations in New Mexico and various Latino cultures. Our videos brought to life the narratives voters shared with our canvassers. We had a highly selective process for the actors, footage, and music we featured in every ad to create a respectful and insightful story for our Latino audiences. In addition to winning the election and electing Gabe Vasquez as the Representative of NM-02, our campaign generated 12,858,374 impressions across all flights in English and Spanish.
